I can't wait to meet you! I know choosing a new stylist can be intimidating so I'd love to fill you in on what an experience with me looks like!
Your experience starts when you fill out the new color guest or extension form. Once I receive your submission, I'll make sure we are a good fit and reach out to book your appointment or consultation! You will receive a welcome message with details to ensure your first visit is seamless.
Your first visit
You'll know you're here when you see the "Southern Glam" sign out front.I'll be at the first station on the left.
I'll greet you with a smile and we'll start with a thorough consultation to go over what you love and don't love about your hair and what your #hairgoals are. We'll come up with a plan for a first visit and a longterm maintenance plan that fits your daily life and ensures your hair goals are met.
Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy some selfcare and refreshments while I apply your custom color or extension install.
We'll finish with a customized cut and styling session and I'll walk you through home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home.
We'll then get you set up for your next maintenance appointment and end with an IG photoshoot to capture your beautiful new look!
Within 48 hours, you will receive a personalized message from me thanking you for spending your time with me and making sure all your expectations were met
